thank you soo much for the tips, yea i would like t make something bright with such designs, and i have played around with the pen tool in photoshop, but i just dont understand how to get that smooth waving flow texture.... if you can tell me the steps spcifically that would be great [in notes if you like] thank you so much. i'll give u a watch friend!
